This is an ordinary experimental horror game based on SCP, in fact it is just a challenge project. Which I have to do in a couple of days, from scratch (All textures - models and sounds - from scratch), the game is being developed on an unreal engine 5.1.1. Maybe I will develop this project in the future. And now not much about this SCP:

Controls: WASD - Movement, F - On\Off Flashlight, Right Mouse Button - Night vision effect

    1. SCP-087 is an unlit staircase. The spans descend at an angle of 38 degrees, in one span there are 13 steps, between the spans there are semicircular platforms about 3 meters in diameter. The direction of descent changes 180 degrees on each flight. The structural properties of SCP-087 are such that line-of-sight is approximately one and a half spans. A light source is required for descent, as SCP-087 has no lamps, lamp sockets, or windows. Fixtures brighter than 75 watts were ineffective; SCP-087 appears to absorb excess light.
      • SCP-087 is located on the campus of [REDACTED] University. The door leading to SCP-087 is made of hardened steel and has an electric lock. The door is disguised as a pantry of cleaning equipment in the general style of this building. The door lock mechanism will only open when ██ volts is applied to the lock along with turning the key counterclockwise. From the inside, the door is filled with sound-absorbing material six centimeters thick.

Due to the outcome of the latest experiment (see Document 087-IV), access to SCP-087 is denied to all personnel.

      • So. Since I posted the build in the early access format - there may still be shortcomings or problems, they will now be fixed in the future - when I release the full version of the game, which I will develop for a very long time, a lot of things will be added, there will be more parameters ( Gameplay, controls, graphics, etc.). A bunch of cutscenes will be added, introductory cutscenes will be added, the locations of the stairs will be redone, as well as the interface as a whole. And so - good gameplay, you can download the fresh build right now!

P.s Some parameters in options may not work due to bugs, soon I will add ray tracing support.

Just go down the stairs - not as easy as it looks!

Loved the game. I think it does have a potential to be great, especially with the optimization options and visuals. The playing experience was tense and exciting, although not for too long and the way some things unfolded, especially towards the end - need more work, to be precise.

Overall, the project is worth the time. Wish all the best and can't wait to see a full game out of this. Cheers!

Hello! Thanks a lot for the gameplay! I will be releasing a patch soon - which will be a bunch of improvements - and in doing so, I will extend the game! :D

I understand it is a early start. I like the idea on it. But it gets a bit too dark and the night vision needs a lot of work. flickers way to much. Keep at it!
